Notes:
As a confirmation of your booking we request a 30% deposit of the total amount to de made by wire transfer.
Extra Bed: +20%
Baby Cot: +20%

Check in/ Check out:
Check in: rooms available as of 1p.m.
Check out: 11.00a.m.
Clients occupying the room till 18.00 are charged an extra 50% on room rate.
After 18.00 a full room rate is paid.

Terms:
If a reservation is cancelled:
1. If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client).
2. If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay.
3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 100% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.
